„Ekolat” Ltd. and Rezekne’s Secondary school of Art and Design signed cooperation agreement, concerning design services and development of ideas of sculptural objects; research and innovation; creative industries, traditional arts and studies in respect to heritage projects; opportunities that ensure prospects for RMDV’s practices, work and creative capabilities for youth. Cooperation contributes to perception of national identity and recognition of it in the worldwide cultural space. The objectives of the cooperation are to identify and save cultural heritage and national identity, dynamically create nowadays innovations, to promote the development of art and design in the region, to build cultural space and cultural environment of Eastern Latvia and regions of Latgale.
